Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Join Ssgnetwork as a Technical Sales Representative and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent sales skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and maintaining a client base for our industrial offering of laser alignment tools, vibration analysis products, on-line and on-site services, and on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clients and relationships through cold calling, email, fielding inquiry, following-up with leads, participation in local and national trade shows, and holding product demonstrations
  • Make yourself available to your clients and show a true interest in them
  • Assist clientele to ensure successful implementations
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions through Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Demonstrable skills or experience that can be applied to a career in technical industrial sales
  • Strong desire for personal and professional growth and for a career in the competitive sales market
  • Industrial/Machinery aptitude and the ability to learn new things
  • Very strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite)
  • Good math skills (minimum high school level geometry/algebra)
  • Availability and willingness to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week or as needed
