Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be based in a major city within the specified region.

Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $81,000 to $91,700 annually. This position features an uncapped commission structure that pays out monthly from the first dollar earned, along with bonuses for surpassing sales targets. Additionally, comprehensive benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years are included. A sign-on bonus may also be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business accounts while effectively managing existing relationships.
  • Deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, laboratory supervisors, and technical staff.
  • Assess potential opportunities, craft and present proposals, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Engage in travel (up to 50-60%, including overnight stays) for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in the field of analytical instruments.
  • Exceptional communication abilities coupled with strong business insight.
  • Capacity to operate autonomously while demonstrating a robust commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and passport are required.
