Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room assignments, and managing front desk operations.

- Issue room keys and provide instructions to guests
- Sort and track incoming mail and messages
- Transmit and receive messages using various communication channels

- Compute guest bills and collect payments
- Make, confirm, and cancel reservations
- Post charges to guest bills
- Deposit guest valuables in the hotel safe
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
