About the Role:
Premise Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Receptionist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain accurate patient charts and filing systems
• Answer and direct phone calls, initiating triage slips as needed
• Schedule appointments and enter data into our computerized scheduler
• Conduct reminder calls to patients and greet visitors
• Register patients, verifying accuracy and making necessary changes
• Coordinate referrals and prepare billings for processing
• Collect payments and reconcile daily cash reports
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year certificate or technical school with front office support concentration preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a front desk/customer service field required
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical software a plus
