Hotel Front Desk Auditor Job Summary

Kana Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Knoxville East. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify all credit card transactions and ensure that all rooms are accurately accounted for
  • Review and reconcile all financial reports, including cash handling and credit card transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
