About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our expansion strategies and identify new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and scaling our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and client success teams to drive performance and implement processes to maximize sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership content and lead qualification strategies.
  • Manage the CRM to optimize sales efforts and establish lead generation through strategic partnerships.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with Amazon teams and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop relationships with referral partners and complementary business solutions to identify new revenue channels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams with a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing agencies with a focus on driving business leads and signing clients.
  • Strong communication skills and client relationship management expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex data and proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
