We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise owners and regional developers
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and business development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the service or retail industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a franchise environment
