Managing cash, credit, or debit transactions between customers and the retail establishment

Resolving routine billing inquiries and issues from customers

Assisting in the opening and closing procedures of the retail outlet, including cash handling and deposits

Training and overseeing new cashiers

Contributing to the upkeep of the storefront and retail displays

Submitting daily sales reports and other required documentation

Communicating customer requests or concerns to the management team

Taking on the responsibilities of the Officer-in-Charge during their absence

Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management

Experience in telecommunications is a plus
