Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as a member of a high-performing team, demonstrating trust, commitment, and a results-oriented focus.
  • Establish rapport with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently apply benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Promote and engage in team selling, positively influencing the achievement of store sales targets and metrics.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, including conducting merchandise inventory counts.
  • Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Compensation:
$22.50 per hour

Compensation is determined based on individual skills, background, and experience. Base pay information is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.
