Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Contact Center Manager to lead our Partner Solution Consulting team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, developing and nurturing relationships with partners, and presenting Five9 solutions through live presentations, webinars, and training events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Partner Solution Consultants, lead and coach the team to develop and nurture relationships with partners.
  • Partner Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, presenting Five9 solutions through live presentations, webinars, and training events.
  • Business Development: Drive partner adoption and mindshare amidst a variety of solutions they could otherwise choose.
  • Performance Management: Measure and evaluate partner performance against program certification and sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Channel Partner RVPs/Directors/Managers to co-sell our Five9 solution into larger and more demanding Enterprise and Strategic companies.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel regionally, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work with partners in addition to working remotely from your home office.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a cloud contact center or related field, with 3+ years of experience managing people.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge in one or more of the following areas: cloud migration strategies, services offered by major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), cloud native development, containers and orchestration, and Infrastructure.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective partner relationships.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proven record of successful demonstrations and presentation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Industry Experience: Contact center industry experience.

  • Competitive Salary: The US base salary range for this role is $110,000—$213,100 USD.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage, beginning on the first day of employment, with 100% coverage of the employee portion of the health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Stock and Incentive Compensation: Annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
