Global Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Desktop Metal as a Regional Sales Manager. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing customer accounts in a specific region.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) to meet with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
