Senior Business Development Manager

Commonwealth Business Bank is seeking a highly skilled SBA Servicing Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for performing servicing requests and monitoring existing loans, including tickler follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct post-closing audits to ensure compliance with loan authorizations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial statements, tax returns, recorded documents, and UCC ticklers
- Follow up on delinquent loan accounts and handle all servicing requests
- Analyze annual financial information from clients and monitor loans for potential risk rating changes
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Code of Conduct
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial/SBA loan-related experience and a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year University. Estimated salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Must be authorized to work in the US.
