Sales Development Manager

Bold Business is a dynamic company looking for a talented Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Provide regular updates to regional leaders on sales progress
- 5+ years of experience in sales with staffing for BPO, office support, IT, data entry, finance, marketing, and/or customer service roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
