Manager of Loan Servicing Operations:

Our organization is in search of a Manager of Loan Servicing Operations.

This role encompasses overseeing post-closing loan servicing activities, which include customer relations, loan accounting, reporting, collateral oversight, collections, and adherence to Central Servicing requirements.

The selected candidate will report directly to the ZAF Division Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Credit/Underwriting, Underwriters, Credit Analysts, and Documentation staff, as well as external entities including Enterprise Loan Operations (ELO), funding sources, Seller/Correspondent partners, and borrowers.

Ensures that all loan servicing tasks are executed in compliance with investor guidelines and organizational policies.

This individual must maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide service that surpasses client expectations.


Preferred qualifications include:
Leading a team of Loan Accounting, Loan Servicing, and Lender Relations personnel.
Offering support and mentorship to Loan Accounting, Loan Servicing, and Lender Relations teams.
Collaborating with ELO to ensure accurate loan details for processing accounting, settlement, billing, and payoff requests.
Communicating and delivering monthly/quarterly reports to management, Zions Bank, and investor funding sources.
Managing various accounting aspects such as departmental expenses, origination fees, and payments to Seller/Correspondents.
Overseeing Central Servicing responsibilities, from loan origination review to final document receipt.

Administering loan servicing processes with seller banks and correspondents for requests like partial releases, subordinations, loan modifications, collections, bankruptcies, and foreclosures, all in line with investor guidelines.

Engaging in the development of loan collection strategies and delinquency management plans.
Ensuring all necessary documentation is retained to support thorough analysis and execution of servicing actions and requests.
Overseeing the Annual Seller Servicing reporting and monitoring process.

Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and annual review of servicing-related policies, processes, and procedures, while facilitating any required audit and control testing responsibilities.

Directing collateral management initiatives to monitor insurance, property taxes, UCC filings, loan advances, and required documentation.
Supporting the department's transition to FileNet file imaging.
Responsible for conducting periodic internal/compliance/investor audit reviews of loan servicing.
Assisting with other internal and external audit evaluations within the business unit.
Providing guidance for group IT requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise and investor standards.
Assisting with ZWAY system coordination and development as needed.
Managing human resources needs and system access for staff in collaboration with bank and enterprise partners.
Ensuring compliance with Reg AB minimum servicing standards.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with funding sources, including underwriters and staff.
Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing periodic reports for management.
Developing solutions to complex challenges that require innovative thinking.

Qualifications:
A college degree or equivalent experience in an agricultural or commercial loan environment or a related field is required.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to meet deadlines.
A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment at all times.
Proven customer service capabilities and effective teamwork skills.

Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, etc.) and other industry-specific software related to loan origination, closing, and servicing.
