As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in cultivating a team that drives performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also share the responsibility for executing all store operations and ensuring a visually appealing retail environment. The Retail Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
As the Retail Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to devise action plans aimed at achieving results and expanding the business.
  • Comprehend and exhibit product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational skills to optimize sales.
  • Engage with customers to cultivate relationships and brand loyalty utilizing company resources.
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to mentor team members dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Oversee specific areas of responsibility and be accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Assist the Store Manager in ensuring that store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently upheld.
  • Gain insights into all facets of the business and contribute ideas to enhance operations.
  • Maintain composure in challenging situations and unexpected circumstances.
  • Execute POS transactions during designated shifts and perform management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
You will also possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a comparable volume, retail environment (preferred).
  • A proven history of surpassing sales and performance expectations.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
  • Occasional travel to other store locations may be required (if necessary).
