  • Conduct thorough reviews of credit reports to identify any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate the completion of loan applications by accurately entering applicant data into our automated systems.
  • Determine appropriate loan terms, collateral requirements, and payment plans while ensuring all documentation is processed correctly.
  • Provide insightful recommendations and alternative solutions to enhance future lending opportunities.
  • Promote new loan and deposit products to support the growth objectives of the organization.
  • Welcome members warmly and deliver prompt, accurate service across various communication channels.
  • Support fellow team members by demonstrating expertise in account management and resolving complex member inquiries.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two to five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Educational background including a two-year college degree, completion of a specialized business course, or extensive in-house training.

Additional Information:

Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and maintain their status as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
