We are in search of a Loan Servicing Group Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of post-closing loan servicing activities, which encompass customer relations, loan accounting, reporting, collateral oversight, collections, and compliance with Central Servicing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee post-closing loan servicing functions, ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate loan accounting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Credit/Underwriting, and external partners such as funding sources and borrowers.
- Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and internal policies in all loan servicing activities.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering service that surpasses client expectations.
- Experience managing teams in Loan Accounting, Loan Servicing, and Lender Relations.
- Ability to provide strategic support and guidance to staff in these areas.
- Proficient in coordinating with ELO for accurate loan processing and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing departmental financial details and ensuring compliance with servicing standards.
- Experience in administering loan servicing processes and managing collateral effectively.
- Proven ability to develop and implement loan collection strategies.
- A degree or equivalent experience in agricultural or commercial lending.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific applications.
