Role Summary:
We are currently in search of a Loan Servicing Group Manager to oversee our operations. This role entails:
- Managing post-closing loan servicing functions, including customer support, loan accounting, reporting, and collateral management.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Credit/Underwriting, as well as external partners including funding sources and borrowers.
- Ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory standards in all servicing activities.
- Upholding a professional image while delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of Loan Accounting, Loan Servicing, and Lender Relations professionals.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Loan Operations to ensure accurate loan processing and reporting.
- Oversee departmental expenses and manage financial transactions related to loan servicing.
- Administer Central Servicing responsibilities, including loan origination reviews and documentation management.
- Develop and implement effective loan collection strategies and delinquency management plans.
- Ensure thorough documentation is maintained to support all servicing actions.
- Facilitate annual reporting and compliance audits for loan servicing activities.
- Direct collateral management initiatives, including monitoring insurance and property taxes.
- Support the transition to digital file management systems.
- Manage human resources needs and system access for team members.
- A college degree or equivalent experience in agricultural or commercial lending.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
