Position Summary:
This is a part-time, remunerated role offering 5% of company revenue and 10% of finalized deals. The engagement is for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on mutual consent. You will collaborate closely with our business development team, acquiring invaluable experience and insights into the sales process. This role will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required to thrive in a sales career.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Acquisition: Discover and nurture new leads and markets through engaging and dynamic interactions. Utilize both established networks and our extensive portfolio to ensure a consistent influx of business in website and mobile application development.
- Market Expansion: Employ advanced marketing and sales platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) to design and execute effective campaigns that create new avenues and opportunities for business growth.
- Sales Objectives: Meet and surpass monthly objectives, with an anticipated benchmark of 10 websites/apps per month, while benefiting from a structured ramp-up period to achieve this target.
- Strategic Development: Embark on a trajectory to evolve into a Business Development Manager, with prospects to diversify into selling comprehensive digital transformation solutions, including cloud migrations, DevOps transformations, and agile coaching/transformations.

- Ability to leverage professional networks to ensure a steady flow of projects.
- Familiarity with essential marketing and sales tools is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both oral and written.

Compensation Structure:
