Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Central Steel & Wire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years relevant sales experience, metals or metal related products highly preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
