Sales Executive

Panduit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new growth prospects, expand offerings within existing accounts, and maintain a robust account pipeline.
- Assess Client Viability: Assess client viability, including their financial health and alignment with our business objectives.
- Align Resources: Align resources for pursuit and future solution deployment, assessing opportunity feasibility.
- Ensure Value Propositions: Ensure our product or service value propositions address customer needs accurately and effectively.
- Manage the Growth Process: Manage the entire growth process, from awareness building to proposal delivery.
- Secure Preference: Secure preference for our products, transitioning customer mindsets from products to solutions.
- Drive Business Expansion: Utilize early wins and customer satisfaction to drive further business expansion.
- Develop Strategies: Develop strategies for account pursuit, prioritize opportunities, and monitor growth forecasts.
- Expand Account Penetration: Expand account penetration through relationship-building and exposure to business planning.
- Articulate Proposed Solutions: Articulate proposed solutions effectively to address client business priorities.
- Drive Referral Business: Drive referral business to chosen partners and leverage channel accounts for increased discretionary business.
- Provide Input for Organizational Planning: Provide input for organizational planning, addressing gaps and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage Channel Conflicts: Manage channel conflicts that may arise during business closure via channel partners.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Commercial Experience: 5-7 years of independent portfolio management in commercial roles
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products, competition, and effective positioning for closing deals
- Versatility: Versatility in penetrating diverse areas within accounts with tailored solutions
- Deal Management: Proficiency in deal management, including problem-solving and resourcefulness
- Sales Strategies: Ability to align sales strategies with organizational goals
