Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is a key revenue-generating sales position responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Northeast region. This role will serve as a liaison between dealers and Stellantis, providing guidance and support to ensure dealers meet sales objectives and achieve maximum production capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and review retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders meet market demand.
- Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to optimize production capability within the region.
- Review and analyze dealer financial statements to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide consultation and guidance to dealers on sales strategies and operational efficiency.
- Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate branding guidelines and messaging.
- Motivate and lead dealers to achieve higher levels of performance and meet internal goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ year of sales or marketing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excel in building positive working relationships.
- Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
