Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Counter Representative at White Cap, you will:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
  • Process orders, provide pricing information, enter orders into the system, and relay order details to customers.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies effectively.
  • Exhibit product knowledge and applications, offering technical advice and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling related products and inform customers about promotions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
  • Familiarity with construction and industrial products.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $18.30-$24.50 per hour, determined based on market data and internal pay practices, considering experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
