Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our security solutions and services, including integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire protection.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product and manufacturing representatives, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security or technology industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in system design applications, bidding tools, customer management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: Experience with integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire protection a plus.
