Job Title: Sales Director

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting new lubricants sales while servicing existing accounts in the South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Customer Accountability
  • Help train distributor sales reps
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Identify potential new large distributors and develop appropriate account plans
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales margin, volume, and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 or more years of industry-related sales experience
  • Post-secondary education required
  • Exceptional sales and business development aptitude
  • Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with distributors at various levels
