Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and sales leadership, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales activities and results, using analytical tools to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching and development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, IDNs, and community clinics, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, with at least 5 years of proven sales leadership experience.
- Minimum 3 years of biosimilar experience preferred.
- Strong customer and collaborative communication skills, with experience working with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw conclusions to inform sales strategies and coaching plans.
