About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive technical support to customers via phone and Salesforce cases
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns related to our suite of tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of D-EDGE solutions and products
Requirements
  • Customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of hotels, tourism, or online distribution a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
