Job Overview

The Examination Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the Assistant Director of Testing Services with the effective management and supervision of assessments conducted within the testing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise examinations in accordance with the established guidelines and standards specific to each assessment.

Provide essential administrative support, which includes responding to phone inquiries and offering information and assistance to students who visit the center.

Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all assessments, testing protocols, and student data.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors to fulfill job responsibilities and objectives.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required.

A minimum of three months of experience in testing services is necessary.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to resolve technical issues are essential.

Experience working with students, faculty, and staff is required.

Ability to engage effectively and work harmoniously with diverse student populations is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

A one-year certificate or training from a college or technical institution is preferred.

Experience in a higher education environment is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are highly valued.

Bilingual communication abilities are a plus.
