Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources Fulfillment, this role manages a large staff in the talent acquisition and onboarding process. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the administrative process of filling a high volume of vacancies per year through civil service lists, posting and transfer programs, and discretionary recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborating with client departments to understand business needs and talent acquisition requirements, providing subject matter expertise, advice, and solutioning.
  • Monitoring position classification, candidate qualification review, and employment verification processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with civil service rules and regulations, employment laws, and contractual obligations.
  • Developing and analyzing performance metrics and workload statistics to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training personnel on operating and documenting procedures.
