Job Title: Director of Recruitment, Post-Acute Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Recruitment, Post-Acute Care to lead our recruitment efforts for post-acute care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, initiating, monitoring, directing, coordinating, and administering programs related to recruitment and employment of personnel for our healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for post-acute care services.
  • Supervise and manage a team of recruitment professionals to ensure effective recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Oversee operating budgets and ensure efficient use of resources within budgetary guidelines.
  • Interface with healthcare settings to ensure alignment of recruitment programs.
  • Provide leadership, consultation, and coordination for recruitment programs and related initiatives.
  • Analyze trends and projections for workforce staffing.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with Central Office business units and healthcare settings.
  • Develop strategic relationships with educational institutions and other talent sources.
  • Formulate the application of management information systems to provide analytical tools for assessing and evaluating recruitment programs.
  • Develop workflows and metrics for measurement efforts and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Certification or credential in talent acquisition or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of experience driving and implementing recruitment programs, plans, and initiatives in a healthcare or related setting.
