The Opportunity

Aritzia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Department, you will be responsible for establishing the regional TA strategy and building high-performing teams by leading the sourcing, assessing, impressing, and securing of world-class talent of all levels and career paths in the geographic scope that you oversee.

The Role

As the Director of Retail Talent Acquisition, you will lead the team to:
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Establish a proactive approach of building an effective talent pipeline.
  • Find the best retail talent and delivering the right people to put forward for assessment.
  • Assess and selecting the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment.
  • Inspire candidates with all Aritzia has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company, and the career opportunities.
  • Secure top talent with compelling offers for retail associates.
The Qualifications

The Director of Retail Talent Acquisition has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.

  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.

The Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 USD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
