Job Overview

Village Green is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our award-winning apartment communities, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of prospective residents and providing them with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize persuasive sales and marketing skills to promote our apartment communities and drive sales performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and participate in an attractive commission program.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and be flexible with your schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
