Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

At Depatie Fluid Power, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our business in the MRO and small to medium OEM accounts in the trading areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with current and targeted bin management accounts to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Assist in the set-up process with new bin management accounts, including initial inventory analysis and standardization.
  • Develop and implement bin management programs to optimize customers' inventory and reduce costs.
  • Generate ordering processes and ensure accurate loading of customer part numbers into ICCM.
  • Re-organize customers' inventory to better suit their needs and label bins as required.
  • Implement current bin management at accounts and deliver replacement parts orders on scheduled days.
  • Check with customer personnel for new requirements and ensure our area is clean and organized.
  • Solicit new business and referrals for existing customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and work with targeted ParkerStore accounts within geographic boundaries.
  • Expand miscellaneous product offerings within bin management accounts.
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of technical knowledge and experience, preferably in hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Proficiency with computer-based business systems.
  • Technical certification, college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
