Haddad Brands is a leading children's wear manufacturer representing iconic American brands worldwide. Our talented professionals drive growth through design, sourcing, sales, and global distribution.
Overview:
The Account Executive will oversee all aspects of account management for key accounts, driving financial results. Key Accountabilities:
- Manage national retail accounts, creating sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain product expertise across all brands and categories to drive growth across all segments.
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Compile and maintain on-order logs and shipping information for all accounts, monitoring daily for changes in distribution, deliveries, and cancellations.
- Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets internally and externally.
- Partner with the Demand Planning team to project and deliver monthly and annual sales forecasts.
- Consistently monitor and respond to market opportunities to identify ways to stay ahead of trends.
- Shop the market to research and identify current trends, presenting competitive data to establish key objectives.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage the performance of Account Associates and/or Sr. Account Associates as assigned.
- Travel to accounts as required to present product, strategy, and financial targets for seasonal sell-in.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus).
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role, allowing team members to appreciate the qualities that define our brand partners' products and set them apart from competitors.
Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year.
