Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Healthie Inc. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the digital health space.
  • Engage with leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Provide occasional product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Report on sales metrics and provide insights into potential improvements.
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by the sales leadership.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and cold outreach, within healthtech or healthcare.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can work independently and in a team.
  • Experience working with Sales Teams and handing off leads to maximize closure rate.
  • Ability to document quickly, log actions taken and adapt to fast-shifting work environment.
  • You care about people - your colleagues, our customers, and everyone around you.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • You have a bias towards execution. You maniacally focus on getting the job done, and nothing slows you down.
