Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage designated segments of the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process.
  • Drive the development of an advanced expense reporting system that ensures timely and precise reporting across various Business Units and departments.
  • Utilize advanced data intelligence skills and creativity to enhance the presentation and communication of essential management information.
  • Manage components of the annual audit and tax procedures.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities, remain open to coaching, and collaborate with business partners and teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Cross-train in various financial team roles as a backup resource.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and other data manipulation techniques.
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry or public accounting.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills across different levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Acumatica or similar general ledger accounting software.
  • Familiarity with Concur administration.
  • Knowledge of VENA reporting tools or comparable financial reporting platforms.
