Role Overview
In this position, you will lead a team of Unisys associates and/or contractors, ensuring effective collaboration, especially with remote teams. You will provide technical guidance on complex issues and escalations, analyze requirements, develop test cases, and maintain traceability.

Key Responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and TFS Agile processes, along with test leadership capabilities.
- Ability to formulate and uphold Test Strategies and Plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of governance processes.
- Experience in Web API, functional, and performance testing.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools and the development of test harnesses.
- Capability to create and automate extensive dynamic test data sets, integrating with data lakes in a CI/CD environment for performance testing.
- Lead the testing team’s collaboration with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
You will excel in this role if you possess:
- A university degree or equivalent experience, coupled with a minimum of 8 years in application support, enterprise support, or relevant domain expertise.
