Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal and Administration Coordinator to join our team at George Sexton Associates, LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for supporting the development and submission of proposals, as well as providing administrative assistance to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the ownership and project management team to strategize responses to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and fee calculations.
  • Manage the process of proposal approval, delivery, and follow-up with clients.
  • Perform various project analyses.
  • Help maintain and improve company online listings.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, coordinate office events, and carry out general office administrative duties.
  • Coordinate travel for multiple designers and projects contemporaneously.
  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable by tracking office expenses and processing travel expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required and 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign) preferred.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. GSA provides excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k. There is an opportunity for advancement with this position and within the firm.
