Job Summary

The Ohio State University seeks a highly skilled and experienced Academic Program Coordinator to join our team in the College of Dentistry. As a key member of our academic services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management and administration of academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Office of Graduate Studies, including admissions, course registrations, and academic support for graduate faculty.
  • Develop, maintain, and continually improve office processes to ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
  • Provide administrative support for college accreditation processes, including fee authorizations and monitoring of fee statements.
  • Serve as a primary contact for the Graduate School regarding CoD graduate programs and track completion of degree requirements.
  • Oversee graduate curriculum management, including course creation, modification, or withdrawal.
  • Collect, analyze, and submit assessment data for CoD MS and PhD programs.
  • Execute other duties related to college committees and strategic initiatives.
Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
