Position Overview

The role involves overseeing the fellowship initiative and executing a diverse range of intricate clerical and administrative responsibilities, which include handling sensitive information while operating with minimal oversight.


Work Schedule:
Full-Time, Eligible for Benefits, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborates to guarantee that educational programs fulfill or surpass all accreditation standards, which includes monitoring compliance, maintaining necessary documentation, and generating reports.
- Prepares and manages budgets for the fellowship program, which encompasses reviewing monthly financial statements, expense reports, and processing invoices.
- Coordinates schedules for trainees and teaching faculty, including orienting trainees to their sections and updating the annual schedule as required.
- Manages trainee interviews and onboarding processes, which involves maintaining applications, keeping records, and ensuring the acquisition of necessary licenses.
- Provides administrative assistance, maintains organized files, compiles reports, and serves as the primary contact for trainee communications.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
A college degree is required.

Essential Skills:
- A high level of professionalism, confidence, and meticulous attention to detail in line with a premier academic medical institution.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capacity to distill complex information from committees and other decision-making bodies.
- Strong organizational skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and creatively address challenges in situations with limited information.

Experience:
A minimum of three years of administrative experience is required. Previous experience with ACGME or similar accreditation systems is highly preferred.
