About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential business verticals, developing and executing outbound strategies, and turning inbound demand into closed-new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline, improving and maturing our sales process and playbook
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Collect insights from prospects to inform product development and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a closing and quota-carrying role, with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
  • Strong technical competency to understand Vanta's software and build relationships with technical prospects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making a significant impact at a fast-growing company
