About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Rethink First. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior-level district leaders in California, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business opportunities in K-12 districts and manage the entire sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Deliver and execute an effective territory plan to meet assigned sales quota
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the education field
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak times
  • Existing K-12 network of senior-level district leaders in designated territory highly preferred
  • Ability to be effective in a home office prospecting environment, meeting weekly and monthly metrics
What We Offer
