POSITION:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and Lead Sales Associate in driving new membership sales by attracting potential members to the studio and scheduling them for classes. Additionally, the Sales Associate is instrumental in retaining existing members. A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and a solid understanding of the Rumble brand are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Results-driven with a proven capacity to sell memberships, class packages, and retail items.
  • Proficient in learning and utilizing the ClubReady software system.
  • Ability to remain standing or seated for extended periods during the workday.
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills, both in person and through various communication channels.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment.
  • Conduct studio tours while building rapport and addressing individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain satisfactory levels of personal sales performance.
  • Highlight and uphold the studio's objectives.
  • Present available services to both current and prospective members.
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Engage in special events (such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community outreach) to promote the studio.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing sales skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

This role offers a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, along with commission on sales. Opportunities for bonuses based on performance are available, and there are significant prospects for career advancement within the studio, including additional sales and management roles.



Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
