Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and surpass all sales and operational financial targets.
- Lead and organize both initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including studio events and community outreach.
- Oversee the sales processes and systems to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of all team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and scheduling of studio personnel.

- Implement outreach programs to drive sales and community engagement.
Operational Duties:
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for studio staff.
- Enforce corporate policies and operational practices.
- Ensure adherence to front desk protocols, including member check-ins and customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Make informed decisions regarding customer service challenges.
- Plan and promote monthly special events to enhance community involvement.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and operationally efficient.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales leadership experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and management skills to cultivate a positive environment for both staff and clients.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience is required.
- At least 2-3 years of management experience, with a focus on staff oversight.
- Prior management experience in the health and fitness sector is highly preferred.
- Exemplary work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and address client and staff concerns effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
