We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at FLS Transportation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with existing clients, and creating solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Respond to client inquiries and prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs
Requirements:
  • 1 year of sales experience in the 3PL industry
  • Ability to attract, close, and deliver new business
  • Passion for sales, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
