Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team as a Mobile Response Team Lead in King County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing a strong, well-trained, and highly motivated outreach team.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and two or more years' experience in community-based behavioral health services. They will also be eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any other superseding credential that meets RCW 71.05.020 requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee a strong, well-trained, and highly motivated outreach team.
  • Provide clinical and psychosocial assessments in the field and mental health evaluations to determine least restrictive alternatives to ITA.
  • Manage and provide oversight of the schedule for all aspects of MR services throughout King County.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
