Patient Services Team Lead

About the Position: This full-time position is based in Seattle, Washington, and reports to the Patient Contact Center Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the patient contact center, including supervising contact center representatives, coordinating medical and dental scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with clinic administrators and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise Contact Center Representatives: Provide coaching, training, and support to contact center representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Coordinate Medical and Dental Scheduling: Work closely with clinic administrators and contact center representatives to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
What We Offer: Neighborcare Health offers a competitive salary range of $60,036 - $80,600, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan matching.
