About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Services Coordinator. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of all events.

As an Event Services Coordinator, you will be working closely with our catering team to ensure that all events are set up and serviced to perfection. This includes assembling and delivering food and supplies to scheduled locations, logging and maintaining food temperatures, arranging tables and decorations, and serving food and beverages to guests.

You will also be responsible for thoroughly cleaning event locations after each event, returning food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility, distributing and collecting customer comment cards, and stocking, cleaning and maintaining the catering facility and equipment.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
