Director of Business Development and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Strategy Team as the Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our mission to achieve cost-effective carbon removal at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the transformation of our diligence processes, transitioning from a reactive approach to a proactive, strategic framework that supports our ambitious growth objectives.
- Manage the entire diligence lifecycle, from first contact to deal closure, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to secure key partnerships and investments.
- Develop and implement a strategic framework for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership, ensuring that our company remains competitive in the rapidly evolving carbon removal landscape.
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and partnership management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
