Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team at Info Image. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our information technology and infrastructure, leading a team of IT professionals, and implementing and maintaining our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement an overall IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
    • Manage the implementation and maintenance of our technology systems, including servers, network systems, and desktops.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and coach IT department staff.
    • Communicate job expectations and appraise employee performance.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Ensure the security and integrity of our data, network access, and backup systems.
    • Comply with relevant laws and regulations related to IT, such as data privacy laws.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage our relationship with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
    • Master's degree a plus.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical skills, with experience in Windows and VMWare environments.
    • Experience in managing complex IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications
    • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or MCSE.
  • Cloud Computing
    • Experience in cloud computing and migration.
  • Enterprise Applications
    • Experience in managing enterprise-level applications, such as ERP or CRM systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Availability
    • Ability to be on call 24/7.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to commute to the corporate office.
    • Able to stand, bend, reach, stoop, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
    • Able to sit at a desk, working on a computer for a full work day.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment/multi-tasking with organization and efficiency.
